Theme-Focused Interior Designer (4-10 yrs. experience)

- Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute highly creative, themed concept designs from ideation through construction
- Create compelling 3D renderings and design presentations with the team to communicate design vision
- Coordinate with project consultants throughout all design phases
- Design and specify custom furniture, products, and finishes that align with themed concepts
- Direct art curation and collaborate with fabricators on custom installations
- Produce accurate construction documents and technical drawings to support design implementation
- Work closely with the Director of Themed Interiors to refine design concepts and ensure design intent is realized in built form

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
• 4-10 years of experience in themed environments such as television/movie set design, hospitality, or highly creative commercial projects
• Demonstrated expertise in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Rhino skills a plus)
• Strong 3D graphic rendering and visualization skills
• Knowledge of building codes, FF&E specifications, and material selection processes
• Experience with custom fabrication coordination and large-scale or headquarters projects
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC metro area for hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
